My name is Drew Parker and I am the Lead Pastor here at South Erwin Baptist Church. My wife, Rachel and I were called to SEBC in July of 2019 where I came on staff as the Student and Family Pastor and served for 2.5 years before accepting the position of Lead Pastor. We have a daughter, Savannah, a German Short-Haired Pointer named Remy and a cat named Piper.
I attended Liberty University from 2010-2014, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biblical Studies. From there, I went to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, graduating in 2018 with a Masters of Divinity.
My heart is for relationships and seeing people become disciples that follow Christ. Church should be a community that encourages and pushes us to grow in love towards Christ and highlights to the community and world how much Christ truly matters to us.
